Hey guys I heard this song on the radio multiple times a while ago, and I guess it seemed pretty popular at the time. My first guess is something popular/mainstream, and its something like Rock, so it could be coldplay/3 doors down?

anyway the only lyrics i remember were something along the lines of this

It's so hard _______see you tommorow,____and I'm trying to_______

The song has these really cool reprises near the end that sound really good, if that helps.
