Have you tried cutting down on things like caffeine, sugar, alcohol, cured meats, chocolate or cheese? I know all of them are common headache triggers. Another thing is looking at stuff like eye strain and your posture while using the computer. Yet another thing to consider is stress.

Not that I'm any kind of expert or anything, but the stuff I mentioned above was a lot of what my doctor had me modifying when I first started having these headaches. If you can't afford to go to a doctor right now, trying to change some of the stuff I mentioned might be a good place to start. But if it's really bad and goes on for a long time you really should see someone no matter the cost.
I definitely need a diet change, I get migraines every now and then and this headache feels like one. It's due to my sinus's being infected and inflamed, it's agony because it's been 3 days straight and not even codeine has helped. I have too much sugar. Lately been drinking a bit due to free piss at my parents, but was doing so in moderation and now not at all. Cheese is my weakness. I put on 5 kg over Christmas and I really need to get back down to my normal weight which is 49kg.

I have been very stressed these last few weeks so I think it's most likely attributed to that and my sinus issues. I am due for an operation I am on a waiting list to get my sinus pathways opened up. I've had to take so much time off the past 2 years from this issue. It's nice to here I'm not the only one (as much as I wouldn't want anyone to go through it), have you had to take time off work?

s_k, health insurance is for middle income earners and higher, I am in the low income range. So low I don't have an income at all! Currently looking for work but am going on the benefit in the mean time. My ex owes me $200 which he will be paying me soon so I will be able to go to the doctors then. I'm really hoping this is the last day of the headache. Migranes aren't supposed to last more than 72 hours :-/
