The beginning sample, again, doesn't sound like anything you hear on "Slow It Down", Tyler prefers his lo-fi synths/beats, which, we don't hear on "This Shxt is Mixxie." In fact, that beginning part pretty much repeats for the whole song. It's incredibly repetitive and generic, and there's no switch up throughout the song and they feel the need to return to the phrase "this shit is mixxie" at the end which goes on for like a minute (just like it did on the beginning - this return to a repetitive/annoying part isn't there in Slow It Down. The only returned to part is the chorus...which sounds radically different from anything on "This Shxt is Mixxie.")

"Slow It Down" starts out with the synthesizers, and introduces Hodgy Beats. Hodgy's voice is accented pretty different then the dudes on "This Shxt is Mixxie" and after he's done rapping it kicks into this weird chorus with a melody thing with a rapsy, kind of creepy voice chanting "turn it up" and then another weird vocal effect, that kind of sounds like someone mocking Satan, talking over that. When Tyler kicks in the rapping changes, picks up a bit and is definitely way more experienced/talented/better flow/just better everything really. Tyler's voice is also very baritone, giving him a way different sound then either of those dudes.

Also, it's worth noting that the rapping actually does changes (and is on beat) in "Slow It Down." The rapping is the same throughout all of "This Shxt is Mixxie" and it doesn't even mesh with the sample that well.

Lyrically, "This Shxt is Mixxie" talks a lot about bitches, joints, alcohol, bitches some more, swag and LL Cool J. Pretty sure the extent of the wit is "Bitches on my dick cause I fuck like a porn star / I make them cum fast like a sports car." Which is downright Shakespearean. On "Slow It Down" yeah it's also has sex references and is basically egotism, but I think they do it better. That's just personal opinion in there though. I guess I see a similarity there though, but if you're going to say rap about egotism is all the same then basically all rap is all the same. Now, why do you think these tracks sound the same?
Well that's certainly a lot of writing you've done there, but I don't feel like it makes a very strong case for there being any kind of wide chasm of quality between the two songs. To me they are very similar: Tight and tinny drum sounds that have become such a cliche in hip hop lately, cheesy synths that lean the wrong way to be the good kind of cheesy, sloppy rapping that sounds weak instead of giving it character the way a well done sloppy style sometimes can. And the lyrics? I really don't see how lines like "Fuck you faggots/I'm with a fat bitch/making shit come like I'm go-go gadget" really differentiate Tyler from any other half-assed rapper out there.
