Having expectations that are too high, because I can't imagine a life worth living without expectations.

My Super-Ego overpowers my Id, when I'd prefer them to be working in a greater sense of harmony.

5) If Superman subcontracted himself out, what would you have him do?

Arrange a meeting between him and his creators (although they are probably dead by now... damn). I don't know if that falls under the category of subcontractable work though.
