The original question was "Would you be tempted to try drugs if they were legalized?" By saying "too late...", you're saying you've already tried certain drugs and as a result can apply your experiences with these drugs to other drugs. However, different drugs carry different sentences, different punishments, and most importantly different social stigmas, not to mention the fact that some are even legal. So with that being said, I don't understand how the "too late..." option would be relevant unless you've tried every drug and are familiar with these different characteristics in a manner that would fall under the category of "too late..." (meaning you've tried them).
I think this is just an issue of semantics though and a pretty pointless discussion.

Yea, I think you're mistaking the original question. The question is talking about drugs in a general sense. It is not asking whether you'd try particular drugs that you haven't tried, if they became legal. I don't think there are enough people out there [refraining from using certain drugs strictly because the legal penalties are higher than that of the drugs they do use] to make your concept of the intent behind the original question relevant in any way.
Answering "too late" to the original question while not having done every drug in existence is completely valid here. If you'd like to ask your own more specific question regarding this, please feel free to do so. I promise you no one will be able to honestly vote in
your "too late" section.
