The worst part of staying up that late isn't so much the mental exhaustion, which I can usually handle, it's the physical stress that puts on your body. Really severe heartburn and general aches usually for me, and a general discomfort and unease. Also, super greasy and oily skin, you feel kinda gross.
But it's just a crazy ass thing to do with your friends if they're staying with you. You go through phases of uninhibited laughter for no reason and general weirdness. Its funnest remembering the stupid and weird things you did after you finally get your mind back. It's a bit like being a schizo for a few days.
