I can't say that I recall it being that much good music broadcasted on TV back then. And even if there was, we're still talking the mainstream selection. The internet has singlehandedly opened up a whole new channel broader than any previous broadcasting counterpart. It's not so much about comparing what we had then and what we have now, it's more about what we
didn't have then which we have now.
