pretty much everything Jack Rose did from the obvious (above) to his minimalist drone music (Pelt) all of it has a hint of bluegrass

my whole introduction to 16 Horsepower was by someone who appreciated their continuation of traditional American folk music....they have deep roots in bluegrass
