That reminds me of a story a friend recently told me.
He and his girl have a baby who's about a year or so old, and he described to me his first experience of a baby discovering how to open his diaper after a nice hefty dose of diarrhea had been deposited, and spread it all over himself, his surroundings, and even in his mouth.

They found dried shit in insane places for days afterward. Ever found diarrhea behind a small rip in wallpaper? They did. How about underneath a toenail? They did.
