Old post, I know, but I thought I could add some more information. The singer in that song is a guest singer. It's Karin Dreijer Andersson from the swedish band The Knife, so while she looks norwegian, she's actually a swede.
If you like her voice, she released a self-titled debut solo album under her artist Fever Ray in 2009. I've only heard one song or so and it was when it was new, so I can't remember if it's good, but I remember it got good reviews.

Just so I stay on topic, I'll post this silly little song called "Kåbbåy" by notrwegian band Gartnerlosjen's debut (Krem Fjes) from 1994.
