I agree with you - somewhat - but on the other hand, Bioshock 2 was so alike Bioshock that I figured anyone who really enjoyed the first would at least play through the second.
To me it felt a bit like a bioshock addon, but while that may disappoint somewhat as a full blown sequel, it's still something I'd gladly play.

There also seems to be a finnish and a swedish flag right after the norwegian one. Maybe the swiss people just love our nordic countries.
