Buckethead - Population Override

Population Override is by far one of Buckethead's greatest albums for numerous reasons. The first and foremost is because it's by Buckethead, haha. Ok, I'll get serious.

I like this album because it's much more bluesy and jazzy than his other albums. I also really like this album because it takes a slow pace and shows a lot of Buckethead's true potential. There are some parts where the songs get too long and drag on in parts, but that's ok. When the song you are listening finishes, you just wish it would go on, no matter how many parts dragged. One other thing is the transitions he makes in between the songs, they are absolutely flawless and makes you wonder how he did it so wonderfully. One thing I must mention is that you must wonder whether he improvised some of the songs, because they just have that feel to them. And if Buckethead did improvise some of the songs, I give him even more credit with the album than already given, and that's not much more credit ... because this album is just that incredible.

Buckethead truly outdid himself on this album. He went over the top in the best way possible. I would recommend this to anyone who's a Buckethead fan or a Blues/Jazz person, because this album won't disappoint. This album is pure art and I feel sorry for anyone who hasn't listened to it. Do yourself a favor if you haven't listened to it and start from beginning to finish.

Thank you, I've been hoping for a reply to this review for a while, lol. I'm just glad there is another Buckethead fan.
