I like 'The Lounge'.
I think it plays an important part for MusicBanter.
With it the members can get to know the personalities behind the posters in the music section and provides a place for them to blow off about stuff.

Without it the 'Music Lyrics - Music Chat' sections would probably suffer more because of it.

Yes I know it's a music forum, foremost (before someone points it out), but a Lounge area is essential IMO.

Because in statistics, you want to selectively use data to prove a point, instead of all the data. I could just as easily used rock/metal and not included some of the others, and still the same point would have been made. People can come up with statistics to prove anything. 15% of people know that.
