Default Attaching an MP3 clip?

Hi there,

I've spent the last half hour trying to attach an MP3 clip of a guitar recording that I made. So far, not working and I'm just wondering if this is possible and if it is, what might I be doing wrong?

Thanks for any help.

Gordon.

Two things.

1. This should probably be in the Production forum. Stereo & Production Equipment - Music Banter

2. Upload it to a site like MegaUpload then just paste a link here so that people can listen/download it.

(ps) If you want it on this page though I would upload it to youtube then embed it.

Thanks Rez.

I like the quote about the **** recording. Surely though they would need two mics to at least capture it in stereo?

Gordon.

Wow, that got beeped!

Please keep in mind that this is NOT a forum for you to use as a means of promoting your music. We do allow some members to after they've proven that they're here for more than just self-interest. I would say give it 6 months, contribute to the forum, become an active member, then we'll talk.

Depends on the studio. I think most of the shit recordings would be compressed until there were no dynamics left, leaving the overall composition as such:

------------

Lifeless and compact.
