How/can (do) I create groups on this site?

I really want to make a the group "I HATE album covers that aren't square", but I'm guessing that only mods can make groups...

IDC if nobody else wants to join, I just want to express my hate for album artwork that doesn't come in a 500x500 variant.

I don't even know how to do it.
I don't think it's a mod thing, because there sure aren't any extra options for it from where I'm sitting.

You can start one it's just that the option to create a group is written in black writing on a black background so you can't see it.

If you go to your profile click on where it says join social group.

If you highlight the whole of the next page you'll see where it says 'create social group' near the bottom.
