It looks like you have another account here that was banned. Your IP wasn't banned, so your current account is still OK.
We don't allow multiple accounts, so that's one reason the other account may have been banned. Or the other account could have been flagged as spamming.
Do you recall the ban reason given to your other account? To view this, try to log on with the other account, and you should see the ban reason.

Looked it up in the list, and no reason was given for the ban.

Then I can only assume that since the only post by the other account was deleted and the account was banned by the same person, the particular person that banned the account did so due to the content of the post, which was borderline spammy.
Personally, I think it was just a case of the particular person seeing the post and tagging it as spam without putting any further thought into it, which becomes sort of a habit with the copious amounts of spam that comes through here.

Again, I personally would have sent a PM to the user, but since multiple accounts aren't allowed anyway, no wrong was done by the staff. Those get deleted on sight without notice, which is also another possibility.
Hopefully, the OP will understand this.
