This is the first time in years I've seen the real Urban come out. Long overdue. I wish you well in your endeavors mate, you were the last of the truly great mods.

As with Salami, I haven't been here long.
But, in that time I have, it's abundantly clear to me that without the hours of voluntary work and the great efforts put in by the moderation team including Urban, Music Banter would not be operating AT ALL.

They spend their own personal time to provide a service for us users and make this place an efficiently run forum off the back of their hard work, creativity, enthusiasm and above all else dedication.

I don't know the whole story either, so it would not be fair to throw accusations around, however I would like to add that the placement of JayShreddz as Super Moderator is a mockery of all the time that the moderators have dedicated to this site to make sure it continues to exist.
Without them there would be no music banter.

I know this won't mean much, but I'm sure I speak for a lot of my fellow posters when I say Urban, you have our full support and backing and I wish you all the best with what you decide to do now.

It's not like Guernsey is all that urban anyway. He needs to relocate to some kind of metropolis and really spread his hate-filled wings.

I'm sorry it has come to this and that you wish to end what was otherwise a rather successful cooperation this way. I'm not going to de-mod you just yet, maybe once you calm down we can talk about what is happening. It's not about you, in case you haven't noticed. Many folks have invested a ton of time and energy into this place, me included. We have to work with what we have and make the best of it.
