Haven't come across any bad news googling and there is some apparent possible activity on other sites. Nothing definite really.

? I think I have his full name on my Skype account, so I might be able to Google him when I get back from work. I think he probably just took a bigger break than he thought he would. Maybe he just didn't realize how burned out he'd become. It has been a month though...
