Bison burgers are great. The amount of Protein is slightly higher, and the amount of fat is about a third less than your standard beef burger.

I've only had one and it might have been the best burger I ever had.

Water buffalo steaks were a thing in India. Goddamn!

I'm not doing too well lately because people in my family have gone through a crisis (eating disorder things) but it's getting better, everything is under control. I'm ok. I'm really happy to hear that you're feeling better :)
