Are you going to have a snarky response for every vote you disagree with? Because if so I'll just go ahead and lock this thread right now.

That doesn't really give information about what I've proposed. Furthermore, the suggestion is also modified by other members. Finally, it would make it real easy for those who don't like me to just vote no because of that, regardless of what the suggestion actually is.

So, that's a much worse title.

Neither does yours. The title gives no details on how this whole thing will be implemented, so it's just a broad question with no inherent worth. Do you want people to vote based on the title alone, without knowing what they're actually voting for?
