Create a Music iOS + Android App with Chat and Songs

i would like to have an app for fans to listen to our bands music and also chat and communicate kind of like our own social community.

The 2 most important features are to let users listen to our songs(we can post them anytime and everyone can listen instant) and also live chat so everyone can group chat, private message with band members.

We would also like to send push notifications to everyone letting them know about announcements, when we post new songs and other stuff.

Does anyone know of a software app service that can do this?
