I'm poor and lazy.

A couple of our songs are recorded one instrument at a time, but most of our songs are just jam sessions.

investing in a metronome might solve it.

I doubt a metronome would help us much. My brother just goes off on insane tangents that most of the time don't adhere to any kind of time signature... I just keep up and do whatever seems interesting. I like this song because I'm the only one who can actually keep up with my brother and the bassist gives up halfway through because she has no idea what the fuck is going on.

But I listen to shit like the Nihilist Spasm Band so I realize that unchecked feedback and rambling guitar improvisation isn't really for everyone.

Default My New Song

ae.sev
^^if you choose to listen to the above you will discover it is godawful unlistenable noise. And not the good kind either. But if you should be kind enough to listen to it and give me some feedback, please not that it picks up a bit shortly after the one minute mark. I would appreciate commentary on my experimentation.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

It is experimental though. Were you hitting the guitar strings with a screwdriver? (I've done it it sounds cool)

There's a lot of stuff going on in this though. At one point it sounded like a ska cd that was scratched. Sorry but that's all I can give you for now. It's pretty cool though.
