That is so ****ing sweet, what did you guys talk about?

I've heard a lot of bands mentioned in this list, with some faves being Amon Duul II, Faust, and, of course, CAN. I was just wondering, where would be a good place to start with Tangerine Dreams?

^I am by no means the authority as I only have a couple of albums but Rubycon is generally accepted to be a good un?
I used to think Vangelis nicked his ideas for the Bladerunner soundtrack from that one...

Rubycon's pretty cool, Phaedra is also a good one

I was with a few people I'd met at the concert and he asked us if anyone had a cigarette (someone did). And we talked with him about his current touring (he tours with a network of musicians nowadays) and the greatness of Can. He was really humble. Also, I ripped a tour poster of the wall and he signed it.

And Phaedra is definitely a good place to start.

Add Agent Orange to the list too! Shamefully I still have'nt heard any Can!

Do you mean as in, a hard copy, or in any form at all? 'Cause I have it in PDF.

As in sit in the sun in the garden with a cold drink and read it with a pair of headphones on type copy.

they'll have to reprint it eventually... until then it looks like you'll have to learn German. I bought Japrocksampler on a whim to fill the void and that worked out alright.
