Culture as an Expression (genre, Russian, Hang)

Some thoughts to ponder. Cultural exchange thought music is also an avenue to experience experimental approaches that go beyond traditional definitions of genre. The fact that we express music based on our differences in cultural influences, say Philippine music from Russian music, is enough to question why we classify artworks by genre? How do we define genre in the first place.
