Love that performance.
Acid Mothers Temple does my favourite version of In C. They also did arrangements in D and E that are great. |

I Like the simple complexity of the performance "In C" at the Tate in London.
"What makes Mary Lattimore’s work so entrancing is its interiority. With just a harp and loop pedals, the Los Angeles musician creates dreamscapes from the patterns behind her own eyelids and sweeps her audience up in them." Mary Lattimore - Wawa by the Ocean "Ariwo are a Cuban/Iranian four-piece focused on intersection between electronic and ancestral music." Ariwo - To Earth |

Awesome little clip showing the collaboration between Zappa and Boulez, and the latter saying that "practice is much more important than theory" (for him, that was a departure from the radicalism and provocateurship of the earlier days)

I want to post “Prélude Au Sommeil” by Jean-Jacques Perrey but I don’t have enough posts to post a link.
It’s not my favourite, it’s up there though. It’s an interesting history lesson. Back in the ‘50s when electronic music was Avant Garde. |
