You should check out Eternal Kingdom. It is heavier than Salvation or Somewhere Along the Highway and less post-rock esque. But personaly I love the post-rock esque Cult of Luna and Isis because Im not a huge metal fan but love post-metal genre for the atmospheric stuff and sludge stuff.

I'm the same but i'm at least a mid-size metal fan

With Isis I think that Wavering Radiant was perhaps better than In the Absence of Truth but it still doesn't come even close to Panopticon or Oceanic.

Absence of Truth is .. not their best. But I think Wavering Radiant is not only (much) better than it, but I think it's one of Isis's best albums (my favorite is Oceanic) and shows that their sound is maturing in good heavy ways unlike so many

Neurosis on the otherhand has had good streak with A Sun that Never Sets, The Eye of Every Storm and Given to the Rising.

Believe me, I want to like those. Maybe one day

I will. You've got me all excited now
EDIT: I didn't see that you posted videos. That must be like half the album?
I haven't listened to any of the album yet so I reserve my right to hate it
