Default Peter Ivers

Not sure Avant Garde/Experimental is the right forum, but his music is kinda weird, although catchy and, despite some blues leaning, not easily categorizable.

Discovered him a few days ago, while reading an article about unsolved murders (he got murdered) and got intrigued by the fact, that he wrote a song for "Eraserhead".

Imho a great songwriter and blues harp-player and his songs have really interesting arrangements.
While he often employs female singers I mostly like the tracks where he sings himself, his unique high pitched, somehow sarcastic voice is damn cool.
