Help With Identifying A Piece

Ok this is a crazy request but its worth a shot. There is this a song in this video that i would like to identify. It sounds foreign so i'm not sure if anyone will be able to tell what language it is, but its worth a shot. The song begins at 6:49. The janpanese guy is talking over it but you can still make some of it out. The peice sound like an orchestra peice but i have no other clue as to what it could be.
