What is the name of this song?

I asked on the other forum, and nobody answered. I'm gonna ask in a different section.

I can't post a link. Here's the title of this song.

Huge Coyote Pack Chase Stalk Whitetail Human Rare View Attack

It goes from 0:06-3:34

I like the song, but I couldn't find the title of it. I tried looking around the video, and asked the poster. They didn't respond.

Does anybody know the name and artist of this song?

Thanks.

Something about it reminds me of the French composer, Erik Satie, but I can't say for sure.

^^ Finally somebody answered. This video is 6 years old. Maybe the poster of the video is too busy.

I checked Erik Satie's album. I liked the songs, but I still couldn't find the one I was looking for.

Maybe something by Joe Harnell?

I'm just throwing that out there, I have no idea.

I checked all of Joe Harnell's songs. I couldn't find it there.

Sorry to get technical, but most classical music pieces aren't "songs." A song is a specific kind of musical form - usually (though not always) a short piece of music with (usually, but not always) people singing. Some classical composers did write "songs" (such as Schubert's song cycle) but most classical music pieces are other forms such as sonatas, concertos, and a long list of other forms.

Don't worry, you're not the first one here to do that, I just had to get it off my chest here. ;)

Anyway, on to your question: This is another one of those "it could be anything" pieces. Heck, it might even be some obscure artist's "song" -- if that 3+ minute segment is all there is of it. As others noted it does sound a bit like Satie ... but it also sounds like a lot of other potential composers (sounds also a bit like Ravel or Debussy). It could be something obscure by a little-known composer, or even a self-written piece by the person who made the video.

If it is something obscure, you may never find out who and what it is. If you like that kind of "sound" a lot of us here can help you out with similar pieces, even if we don't know who did that specific piece in the video.

@DriveYourCarDownToTheSea, thanks for educating me on the 1st part.

I'll listen to Ravel and Debussy. I doubt the person who made the video wrote that! There are so many pianists and composers, it's like finding a needle in a haystack.

I wouldn't hope to find out that the piece is by a French Impressionist or other early 20th century composer if I were you. There is something about the piece that sounds unmistakably modern. Especially the very "Rubato" introduction. I really have no idea what it might be though.
