Mozart KV 284 - Orchestration - Help
Hello everyone!
I am new here and I hope it's ok to post this here. So, over the summer holidays I decided to do an orchestration, which is something that I've never done before. I decided to rewrite Mozart's KV 284 for classical orchestra. Here's the thing. I'm actually quite happy with it, but I am sure it could be done better, being my first orchestration project and all. So, I was wondering if anyone around here might be willing to listen to it, offer constructive criticism etc. Thanks a lot! |
Where is it?

Thanks for your reply.
I'm not sure about posting it for everyone to see. I guess I'm too insecure about it. Would it be ok for you if I sent you the link in a private messsage (it's on soundcloud; so nothing dodgy)? |
Send it on over. I'll give 'er a listen and tell you what I think. I'm no composer of orchestration, but I do a bit of recording myself, so I may be able comment on things of that nature.

Everyone has to listen to it, if you want lots of people to help you.

Wait a minute...you are allowed to post your own music on this forum aren't you?

I'll give it a shot. I'm familiar with the original, so I might be able to give you a hand there.
