i prefer baroque to classical myself with vivaldi, handel and bach but mozart is good for me sometimes as well...

in the 60's, pete townshend was listening to a lot of baroque music and 'I'm a Boy' was based around barouque chords except they were played on guitar

I guess it is beautiful...but it's too...overplayed...? I can't find the right word. Anyways, it bugs me. People always request "Fur Elise" whenever I'm at the piano. "Omigod...you're a classical pianist! Play Fur Elise! Play The Entertainer! Play Moonlight Sonata." Boooo.

I have always been somewhat of a passive classical music fan. I enjoy listening to it every now and then, and I have a small amount in my cds. I am not so into it that I know the difference between an etude and a concerto or the like.

I do know I enjoy Tchaikovsky more than the others. Some of his arrangement border on jazzy. LOL.

Tchaikovsky was a cat.
