They are two of my faves.

I'm pretty sure someone has HAD to have said this song. It's one of my faves though.

Also liking some Darius Rucker, he makes some fine country. Mr. Hootie from the Blowfish has grown up and matured.

Rob: How can it be "bullcrap" to state a preference????

Il Duce, djchameleon- Zac Brown Band and Rascal Flatts are two of the 'newer' country groups I listen to as well. I also like some of Lady Antebellum's stuff. The Sugarland song you posted is a good one, dj. They have several tracks I enjoy. Hmm...there was one that I had liked quite a bit some time ago. What was the name...OH! 'Stay'. I loved the emotion and lyrics.

The other 'newer' country I listen to is a mix of singles/hits that I enjoy from various artists, not quite as new as the ones above (I think). Artists like: George Strait - he's probably my fave-, Dwight Yoakam, Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn, Blackhawk, Clay Walker

so lay here beside me...
...just hold me and don't let go
this feeling...I'm feeling...
...is something I've never known
and I just can't take my eyes off You...
...and I just can't take my eyes off You
