Default Marcus Foster?

Ok, I'll be honest and say there may be a backlash here as a lot of his american fans (fangirls) are "twilighters" *cringe*, but I genuinely love this guy and his music (oh god I sound like one of them), just have a listen, see what you think

Well, I don't know about the whole Twilight thing. In fact, I have the Twilight soundtrack and didn't even realize he contributed to it, so whatever song is on it must not have grabbed my attention. However, listening to the youtube vid and checking out his myspace page, I have to say I'm interested now. He has a quirky voice and I've been loving the folk/singer-songwriter music lately anyhow. I'll most definitely be checking him out a little more.

I think you'd be surprised how many of his american fans do not consider themselves fans of twilight or do not consider twilight the reason they became a fan of Marcus. I can tell you this from experience after having attending several of his shows this summer and speaking with many fans. I'm glad you liked my videos of his set at Neil's music room in Memphis. It was an incredible show.

I have personally been a follower of Mr. Foster for about 8 months. I didn't know he contributed a song to twilight until I ran across his music via another artist I found while looking at yet another folk artist on youtube. I am not a follower fo the whole twilight craze myself but I love Marcus' music, writing and arrangments. He is different, fresh, and as an artist I feel that his music inspires me and reminds me that sometimes different is one of the best gifts we have. I am thrilled you all liked his music as well!
