Default Jackie Greene

Jackie Greene has been around for a while, but he is still pretty unknown. Currently he is touring with Gov't Mule.

Some are hailing him as the King of Americana, still others are comparing him to Bob Dylan. So instead of me trying to describe him to you I will post a couple of youtube vids. However, keep in mind he is still fairly unknown and youtube is missing most of the good stuff. But here we go....

The last one is my favorite. It's a Grateful Dead cover. Its a little raw quality but still worth a listen.

What do you all think?!

Not bad, not bad. What album should I get to pass judgement properly?

I would say, Giving Up The Ghost. It has a really good blend of his song writing style.
