Default Brad Paisley

First of all, shame on Savannah for not having a thread already made.

Secondly, for most northerners who don't like country, its generally because we think its all redneck glorification and patriotic bumper stickers put to music but I was shocked when I discovered these country boys have a sense of humor (or more shocked that music like that sells).

Brad Paisley has been my favorite guy to come to my attention since I discovered country music was pretty good. In an effort to open a few more minds, heres some Brad Video's I think you ought to check out.

I'm still a guy

I'm going to miss her

Welcome to the Future
(a little more serious)

I do admit to liking his more humorous songs, but I can't say I care for the rest of his that much. His love songs go way overboard on the schmaltz and sugar-coating.

And if I may come out of the corner swinging. Most of what i hear on country radio is either sacchrine or tounge-in-cheek which is fine, but its a little too rich for me, Brad however seems to take life as it comes.

unlike Chesney who just likes ripping off Jimmy Buffet.

Big3, do you ever listen to Dierks Bentley? There's not a lot of association between the two other than they are the only two big, modern country artists that I really get in to (aside from maybe the Dixie Chicks).

Brad Paisley is great, though, for sure.
