Langhorne Slim

I'm going to give him his own thread because not enough people talk about him on here. I'm just going to assume a good deal of folks have yet to hear him or understand that certains songs are his doing. Either way, I think you should get to know this artist a little more, and here are some great reasons why.

I love you but goodbye

I saw him/them open up for Lucero and Drive-by Truckers a year or two ago and fell in love, but when I searched for his studio work I didn't like it near as much as I liked the live act. I guess I can give him another shot now.

I've only heard his 2009 release Be Set Free and I liked it enough to keep it. He's one of the few country artists I have that doesn't really fall under the Gothic moniker.

Well, I'll thank you for the bump. Any reason you're not into him?

well what is your preference of choice?
