Need help, can't find a song!

Hi, I am a new member of this forum.

Recently, I went this hockey game in Saskatoon. They played a country song there. It was something like this..

It has the word " Believe" through out the song. This word was very prominent in the chorus as well. "If you believe"??? It is a fairly new country song. Possibly 2014.

I know it's kinda less info but the song is just stuck in my head.
