Default Linda Perhacs

I should probably make a thread instead of running around hyping her everywhere instead. She's similar to Vashti Bunyan, Sibylle Baier, that sort of thing. For people are like who? She's kind of like a psychedelic/dark Joni Mitchell. She also appeared on Devendra Banhart's last album and she's one of his biggest influences. Parallelograms is probably one of the best and most underrated albums of the 70s.

Yeah she was good.Too bad she only did one record.I swear she sounds like Ann Wilson of Heart on Paper Mountain Man oddly enough.

It was announced about two years ago she was working on a follow-up. I've yet to hear any news on it whatsoever though.

The second album, The Soul of All Natural Things, was released in 2014 and in my opinion is even better than Parallelograms.

Linda Perhacs is trying to get a thrid album off the ground, funding it via Kickstarter. At the rate at which pledges are trickling in, I don't like her chances, so if you are interested I suggest you get behind this and support it.

In case you don't know, when you pledge money to a Kickstarter project, no money is actually taken from your account until the date of the funding deadline, and then only if the funding target has been met.
