Default Help. Searching for South America folk album with horse sounds

OK, I know that sounds crazy, but...

I used to have an album of south American folk music that I loved.
I don't remember the name of the band or the album, but I remember that on at least one of the tracks there was an overdub of a horse noise.
That's kinda cheesy, right?
Yeah, but the album was great.

I'm pretty sure that the album would be from the 1960s or thereabouts and, because of the cheesy horse overdub, I have a recollection that the album would have been put together not specifically for the domestic market of the south American country where it was produced. I think, more likely, it was one of those kind of "folk sounds of Peru" "sounds of the mountains of Columbia" type albums that were among the first kinds of releases of world music exports.

I'm not 100% certain but the record could have had a harp on it, I was listeniing to quite a lot of south american folk music that featured harp, especially Mexican, at the time I bought this album.
Again, I'm not 100% certain, but I also have a vague recollection that this album was rereleased on CD, maybe in the late 90s or early 2000s because, although it did have this cheesy side to it, it was much beloved by a certain audience it found.

I have really missed this album since I lost it. Any help at all in helping me remember what it is would be so gratefully received. Thanks in advance!

Could anyone maybe suggest another forum where I could ask this question please (slightly ridiculous though it is)?
