Looking for title of a track

Could anybody help me find a track and the Artiste of a song that I am looking for. The track narrates about women character. In the lyrics it has "the story may be different, but it's always a women". "sometimes you would be crying, somtimes you would be loughing, but the story is still the same, It's always a woman". I need help.

I bet most of the users would help you willingly, but you need to add more details: genre, country where it was recorded, perhaps a year. The more info the better.
