I don't get what you're saying ,racism is ok?

Morally, no, but it shouldn't be censored. If someone commits a crime because of racism then they're punished for the crime. Not for being racist.

If a person kills another person simply based on skin color, sexual orientation, or gender without any other motives then, yes, they deserve to be given a harder sentence.

Agreed, it's no real reason to kill someone

ProggyMan 04-12-2008 09:57 PM

So you think it's ethical to punish someone for their thoughts and opinions?

No, people can have their thoughts and opinions. There isnt anyway to control what they believe, or at least not yet. But its more then just "thought" if somebody gets killed or tortured.

**** 'em let they bull**** amongst themselves all they want, but if they decide to kill or even hurt somebody they definitely deserve a harsher trial.
