Inb4 Ant doesn't believe that Russians had any effect on the election.

Even though there's proof. On paper. *cough*

Heard of the Boston Massacre? Murica didn’t like it (and that was only like a half dozen or so)

Then her two state Israeli expansion was **** they all say

She concluded modestly by admitting she has a lot to learn

Then the right jumps all over her “ignorance”

And the federal labor laws people like her would pass would allow Floridians to sit down for a bit during 8-16 hour shifts and my ****ing feet hurt

Her ignorance isn't really a problem so much as what you find out the more you look into her, like the fact she used to hold more libertarian views when she actually ran a business of her own (Brook Avenue Press) and advocated tax deductions for business startups. Conveniently, ever since she "transformed" into a true-blue progressive, she no longer advocates for that. Her positions change depending on who she wants the vote from lol.

If the only goal the Russians had was to diminish Clinton then they succeeded. But they couldn't get Bernie Sanders as nominee so betting on Trump was a decent Plan B once they saw that 'ol Jeb wasn't going to cut it in the primaries. Do you really think they thought Trump would win though? They watched the same news channels as everyone else and, contrary to what my liberal friends seem to believe, did not have the magical power to reach anyone outside of Facebook with their Ruskie mind control rays.

No, you are the one who doesn't live in reality. There will always be inequality in any society. The names, faces, currencies and even entire cultures change, but there will always be elites in the world who will find a way to somehow succeed or better utilize resources because they have a better grasp of scalability or inherited it from someone else who figured it out.

What's next elph, that trickle-down economics is an actual thing and not a liberal buzzword made up by people who don't know any better?

And the answer they always come up with is "tear it all down" or "let the government run my life".

we live in a world where some start at the 50 yard line and others at the 100 not because of ability but because of birth and yet they're expected to run the same race

you even that out and you'll find everything changes, there's no longer a society of kings and peasants

Dude you discount so many variables its mindboggling. Even in the most socialized states you will see some communities that are better organized than others, provide more effective education or are just savvier in general. There is no "one" race being run: there are thousands of different races all happening simultaneously where the barometer of what defines "success" and "stability" are different depending on what the cost of living is and what an individual actually wants out of life.

I'm also going to assume you've never seen this. https://www.brookings.edu/opinions/t...-middle-class/

Thought this was going in a very different direction based on this, even knowing the source.

I still think that you're probably a secret racist.
