Just to state my position...

I agree with Mike. I also think people have been pushed to this and it isn't their fault. Conflicted to say the least.

^ That was a call for clarity and a call to action that doesn't involve burning down the whole city. A little lucidity can go a long way when you are looking for solutions.

Totally. I don't think burning down a city is the answer. I just realize that after decades of "progress" and still having black men and women die at the hands of the police...maybe it's not up to us to decide what the answer is anymore. I feel rage and anger and I'm a white man. I can only imagine what black men and women feel like at this time.

The thing is: the riots worked. There's no way in hell that there would be any accountability for Floyd's death without them.

KM's take reminds me of this speech.
