The only thing I can see changing it is if the women in question had to show substantial truth to the rape claims, and unfortunately getting pregnant seems to be the only way to really figure that out. Unless there are way to get the semen out of the women who claims being raped.

That's called a rape kit, but there's a limited window of when you can still get testable dna.

So has blank made any legit claims about this? Or is he just spouting the usual vague bs about how this is a problem that happens all the time, even though the person making the claim does nothing to make anyone think they're not just buying into nonsense that was probably started by *******s?

Since it's so notoriously hard to prove a rape case, I imagine it's probably infinitely harder to get someone wrongly convicted for it. So I highly doubt there is an epidemic of innocent people being thrown in jail for rapes they didn't commit.

Yeah, but I've really never had any doubt that the women in question is spouting lies, at least not to the extend that blank thinks.

Yeah, from my own experiences it's more of a MRA argument that "so many" men are wrongfully accused of rape. It happens, don't get me wrong, but the idea that a few cases is reason enough to not believe every other rape accusation (not pointing fingers at you blank, just a general statement) is absolutely disgusting imo.

This is just the end of the skit but this sorta kinda doesn't even really work but it feels like it's nearing a solution.

Have them sign a contract. I even heard about an app related to this. The only drawback to this is that women can and are allowed to take back consent whenever they want. So this contract/app thing is bad because it just gives the aggressor permission to rape the person and get away with it. It gives them immediate evidence to say, hey she consented even if she withdrew consent later after signing.

The Batlord 10-14-2016 11:52 AM

I'm assuming being able to withdraw consent is tied to alcohol and drugs, or situations involving the accused having misrepresented themselves in a way that could be considered criminal (or something)?

I'm sure no one outside of Germany really gives a ****, but this is a pretty big thing.
Kinda like if it turned out Timothy McVeigh was tied to the murder of Nicole Simpson.

Of course there might be the possibility, that this is some kind of lab ****-up.
After all, we still remember this thing:

If any little German girls have a connection to a neo-Nazi terrorist cell, it's THAT Aryan masterpiece of a child. She scares me more than the dude.
