^ Well, yes, it's a poll, Frownland - it's not an invitation to write an essay - or attend a town hall meeting. In fact we have polls on MB too; do people boycott those because they "dictate what you are allowed to say"?

It doesn't and there is. Third parties have to reach higher poll numbers to appear on the ballot and participate in debates. That's without getting into very-difficult to control factors like the media or financial limitations.
I'd have to be better informed to take issue with this. That's not likely to happen, so I'll concede this point.

Maybe if I present it as a non-political analogy it will make more sense: You are allowed to vote for a beating or a cigarette burn. You have the option not to vote, but you will receive a beating or a burn regardless. Sure, we're free to make these choices, but that's not liberty.
Yeah, that's a good analogy, and makes very clear your point about both options being bad. May I make two points:-

i) your choices suggests a victim and a torturer, in which the person offering the vote is willfully inflicting the torture. Perhaps a better analogy for America would be a choice between two disagreeable medical treatments. There's a problem which needs to be addressed and the doctors give you a choice: you've got cancer - do you want amputation or chemotherapy?

ii) even in your bleak analogy, it only takes two votes to work out the lesser of the two evils, and I'm pretty sure I'd would vote for that each time thereafter.

Sounds pretty ridiculous, which is probably why there has never been, to my knowledge, any society which existed on that principle. Fine in theory, impossible in practice.

Pueblo Indians did it for two hundred years

^ Steady, please Frownland! Chula called the policy of not voting third party intelligent, not himself. If you carry on like this, Janzsoon will be locking the thread on us!

^ Yes, because so many of us live in small isolated and inaccesible communities.

The patient isn't sick. One doctor has herpes and the other HIV. You're told if you don't choose one of them to **** you in the ass you're doing nothing.

All of humanity did it before Mesopotamia.

I.e. perpetuating evil that you are not free from. This is why I consider voting as a form of liberty to be a farce.

I'll post some lyrics because I'm cheesy.

Spoiler for .:
**** I'm free to be unsly to all these things I can't escape
Trapped inside imaginations tickling at my face
You know I'm free
Bitch you know I'm free
Face it girl I'm free
Yeah you know I'm free
Okay I'm free yeah
Free to chain my will onto the wings of my instinct
And wander round this box you know I'm inextricably linked
You know I'm
Free
I'm free
I'm free
**** you know I'm free
That's right I'm free to make a sooth to catch some stuff that holds me down
To capture my desires fashion out a viscid crown
You know I'm free
**** you know I'm free
Pigs you know I'm free
My tongue these niggas I'm free
I never leave I'm super free
To fill my smiles up with the tears that I forgot
And haunt myself beside these pretty ghosts that float my heart
You know I'm free

So, a week later, are you cucks STILL eating the official narrative of the las vegas attack?

Frownland 10-09-2017 06:35 PM

You should wait before the investigation is over so that there is a legitimate official story before you denounce the official story. It makes you look less like a denialist if you allow someone to finish their sentence before you go "nuh uh!"
