They're apparently willing to pull some stuff out of the freezer and heat it up for $140 + free publicity.

The Most Horrifying Drug in the World Comes to the U.S. | TIME.com

Maybe if this article wasn't purely made to put fear into people, they would have fucking said that one of the ingredients is codeine tablets, which are easier to purchase in bulk in places like Russia where regulations aren't as strict, unlike here. Oh, and parts of Russia are pretty damn poor, so people addicted to opiates don't exactly have the coin to get a nice bag of something that won't rot your arm. I just don't see krokodil being popular here.

Well, as of yesterday there were two poor, desperate addicts willing to use it. And I'm sure there are plenty of addicts in the US who can only afford the worst. Not to mention that there are more than a few people in the US (perhaps some in the pharmaceutical industry and the government, ahem) who would love to see impoverished addicts get wiped out.

That stuff makes me shiver. I saw a video of a guy with the meat of his calf melted away, but he still had his thigh and foot, and some doctor (I'm assuming) was sawing through the bone. It was one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen.

Some dealers will saw the rotten limbs off of their return customers for just a few extra rubles.

I watched a documentary about kroc, you don't want to go near that stuff. I'm actually glad Codeine is regulated here, that stuff feels amazing.

Boy who brought weapons to school sentenced to home confinement | www.wftv.com

Pretty standard "video game blame" sensationalist new story but with a twist. The game in question is Minecraft...

Nothing about negligent parenting or even that they are in the wrong here for leaving a gun out for a kid to find... I mean I know it's Florida but that still seems wrong.

I seem to remember that Elton John had a song warning about this drug? Wasn't it called Krocodile Rot?
