It's starting to hit Canada bad to. Were dealing with this new synthetic drug called fentanyl. Apparently it's 10 times more powerful than heroin. It has people dropping off left, right and center.

In fact its so popular that there is literally no heroin left on the streets of Vancouver.

Little if any heroin left in Vancouver, all fentanyl: drug advocates

What I don't get is how they're selling stronger products in the place of regular strength drugs at the same price. If people knew what it was they'd pay more for it and use it more wisely.

It's ridiculously bad in New England. Especially in Maine and New Hampshire.

Edit: Just clicked your link which bares it out.

I'm no expert on the topic, but in regards to fentanyl, I think its just easier to manufacture than heroin, competition in the illicite market keeps the price down.

Looks like you guys have the problem to. It seem like every decade their is a new potent drug.

K2 is also another problem that has cropped up lately. Supposedly it's only synthetic marijuana but that shit makes people do crazy things.

This dude took K2 and took off his clothes and started running naked in the streets. He jumped up on top of a car and said "King Kong ain't got shit on me"

Of course the cops had to wrangle him and chase him down a bit but it's pretty bad here in NY. Not sure about other areas.

That's spice. K2 is safe(ish), but it has been made illegal. The media often makes it seem like they're synonyms. Spice is kind of a cocktail of herbs made to conform with whatever regulations are implemented, which sometimes means extra marshmallow leaves and catnip, but other times it means the addition of a deadly untested designer drug. Also the "synthetic marijuana" tag is utter bs and I think that reporting about spice by that euphemism only makes the problem worse because it draws in more users who can't use marijuana for whatever reason.

I've ****ed around with spice. It can be fun (and addictive) but it can also be like a bad acid trip without all of the meaning.

So what is it essentially? Is it dust/herb/leaves? Do you smoke it? Inject? what? I'm a noob when it comes to certain drugs.

You smoke it. HU-210, HU-211, JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-200, and CP-47,497 are common synthetic ingredients, which is a liquid or dust that they put on a smokable herb. There are also natural spice ingredients like kava, blue lotus, passionflower stamens, catnip, and pretty much anything else that they can slip in there if they feel it's appropriate.
