New Zealand to sneak in Internet disconnection copyright law with Christchurch quake emergency legislation

Basically, the NZ government is trying to pass a previously-rejected three-strikes internet disconnection law by attaching it to legislation dealing with the earthquakes in Christchurch. The anti-piracy bill can cause repeat offenders to lose internet access for six months.
