Yes, the fraternization policy still exsists for military members, homosexual or otherwise. However, now no one can be turned away or kicked out for homosexual behavior or acts. Also, consensual sodomy is now not a punishable offense. Gay marraige and/or unions are still not recognized by the military. I.E. they can't get dependent benefits and such.
Oh, and did I mention you can't tell gay jokes? That really blows, that's like half my material.
