At least one of the bastards got what was coming to him. Let's hope they kill the other one too before he manages to hurt anyone else. ****ing cowards.

This is f*cking insane. Reports are that they are brothers. Older one who was 20 is dead from an explosion strapped to his chest and Boston/Watertown is on complete lockdown. They are searching door to door for "white hat" who is only 19 years old!

I'm hoping they catch him alive so we can find out if anyone else was involved, though I doubt that's going to happen.

Death by shootout is too good for them imo, but then so long as no more people are hurt I guess it shouldn't matter.

It's not just Boston and Watertown that are shut down, it's also Cambridge, Belmont, Waltham and Newton, plus the entire public transportation system, one of the largest in the country, has been shut down.

I've been away in Denmark for a few days and have completely missed out on all news, so without trawling through this thread, who was actually responsible? Some more of America's home-made terrorists or somebody else?

We don't know yet. But judging by the fact that they were crudely made bombs (in pressure cookers or some ****), everyone is thinking homegrown terrorism.

The two kids are from Chechnya Russia but they have been living in the states for about a year. They most likely acted on their own.
